Location
3 miles (5 km) up Twin Creek Road from Mitkof Highway south of Petersburg along Upper Twin Ski and Snowmobile Trail.

By car in summer months; snowmobile or 4-wheel-drive vehicle in winter
Terrain
Open, rolling muskeg hills and spruce/hemlock forest.
Special Features
Shelter surrounded by spruce and hemlock trees; provides good views of muskeg meadows below. Excellent snowmobile, skiing and snowboarding terrain. A pleasant destination during summer and autumn months. Frenchy Ridge Shelter is 4 miles (6.4 km) to the south on the Upper Twin Ski and Snowmobile Trail.
