The view changes season to season according to what wildflowers are in bloom and depending upon varying cloud, sky, and snow conditions.
It is an easy drive, acessible on each end of town from either West Hill Rd or East Hill Road. Turn left or right onto Skyline and drive less than a mile to the paved pull out.
