Seward Adventure Lodge
For the perfect adventure basecamp in the gorgeous town of Seward, look no farther than this cozy lodge.
The Seward Adventure Lodge, set right downtown, comes with history baked into its walls: For 60 years, the U.S. Forest Service used the building as the Seward Ranger Station. It’s now been totally transformed and today, the lodge—known as “The Station”—offers six modern, light-filled bedrooms. Each has a queen-size bed, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee bar, so you can prepare meals if you like. Two rooms also come with private en suite bathrooms.
The lodge is also a great basecamp for taking advantage of the amazing outdoor activities offered in the Seward area. Enjoy surfing, standup paddle boarding, kayaking, glacial hikes, ice climbing, helicopter tours, fishing, zip-lining, and more, before returning to your comfortable, conveniently located lodge.
Explore the building’s history by looking through before and after photos, and learn how its owner acquired the unique property in 2017, with a vision to transform the office space into what it is today—a contemporary lodge and adventure-tour hub!
