If you lost an item in an ANC terminal, parking garage, or shuttle bus, please visit our office or call (907) 266-2623 for assistance. Please be prepared to provide your name, address, phone number and a detailed description of the lost item.
Lost and Found items are kept for approximately 60-90 days before being disposed of. For items lost with a specific airline carrier or on a flight, please contact the airline directly.
