In this open-concept ranch home, you’ll find 3 bedrooms in the main house that sleep 6, with an option to rent 2 additional private suites at the golf course that sleep 4 more. The master suite in the main house includes a large, attached bath, while the 2 other bedrooms (one king and one queen) share a bathroom. Both suites at the golf course feature queen beds a sitting area and ensuite bathrooms.

The large kitchen includes all the essentials for a casual barbecue or a gourmet meal and a pantry that comes stocked with basics, like coffee and oatmeal. A game room features a pool table, and a full gym equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and weights. There’s also a washer/dryer. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is an in-home office, with a couch, desk, and printer.

And in every room of the house, you can enjoy sweeping views of the giant manicured lawn, which leads straight out to the unparalleled view of the ocean, glacier, and mountains beyond.

Outside Living Spaces

Outside, a porch wraps fully around the house, with a table and lounge chair, as well as a swing chair. Kick back and look for the sandhill cranes that often land on the lawn. There’s also a BBQ area and a fire pit with chairs and a Solo stove. There’s even a greenhouse and raised garden beds, so you can go pick lettuce and tomatoes for a salad and raspberries for a sweet treat. And everyone will enjoy the available lawn games, like cornhole.
