There are two turn-offs to see raptors as you are heading down Kougarok rd. The first is a raptor nest, and the second give you a chance to see hawks.
MP 25 As you head north, examine the rocky outcrops on your right for raptor nests. Bluethroat may be spotted flitting through the willows.
MP 58 Use binoculars to scan the rock cliff directly across the river from a large subsistence camp for a pair of nesting rough-legged hawks.
