About Jeff

Jeff’s images have been published in National Geographic, Sports Illustrated, Outside, and many other publications. He’s also done work for corporate clients, and has been the official photographer of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race since 1982. A California native who became obsessed with photography at a young age, Jeff moved to Alaska more than 35 years ago; photographing Alaska’s landscapes, wildlife, and people—and teaching others how to do it—has become his passion.
