What To Bring
Renters need to bring fuel for the lanterns and cook stoves. Other recommended items to bring include maps and compass, matches, sleeping bag and pad, extra food items and water, and warm clothing.

Food and beverages, food and beverage containers, garbage, harvested fish and equipment used to cook or store food must be stored in a bear resistant container or secured within a hard sided building, or by caching a minimum of 100 feet from camp and suspending at least 10 feet above ground. Please dispose of inedible game parts, fish and food scraps that could attract a bear, at least 300 yards from the cabin site and below high water level. Legally taken game must not be stored in any public use cabin. Only dead and downed wood may be collected for firewood. Campfires are permitted, except during red flag warnings (open fire bans). Upon departing, parties will clean and secure public use cabins.
