For lunch, you’ll enjoy dishes like halibut tacos, halibut fish & chips, and burgers with a flare. Or try a “Buddah Bowl,” with rockfish or chicken as well as fresh vegetables and jasmine rice. At the weekend dinners, you can tuck into a choice of just-caught seafood, prime rib, or baby back ribs. Just don’t miss the seafood chowder, made from a secret recipe for more than 25 years. And order up a selection from the full-service bar, which features Alaskan beers and inventive custom cocktails.

You can also order up a breakfast basket from the restaurant and enjoy it out on the hotel’s large deck. Or, if you’re planning a hike or a beach visit, grab a great picnic lunch to go.
