2 single plywood bunks, 2 double plywood bunks, Table and benches, Wood stove, Food cupboard and shelves, Cooking counter, Broom, mop and bucket, Outhouse toilet, Axe, Maul and wedge, Mooring buoy. Water source is a nearby creek. Treat or boil water before drinking.

50 miles (80 km) north of Ketchikan, on the mainland shore of Anchor Pass, across from the east end of Bell Island.

By floatplane or boat. A mooring buoy is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The area is noted for abundant saltwater fishing including halibut, salmon, and shrimp (Please note sportfishing restrictions on salmon fishing in areas close to the cabin). Wildlife in the area include Sitka black-tail deer, mountain goats, wolves, and black and brown bears.
