Savannah Sparrow

Savannah Sparrows are a very successful species with a range throughout North America and over 15 sub-species. It primarilly is found in open, grassy country and throughout marshes and dune. Its coloring is a streaked brown or gray and it has a unique yellow stripe above its eyes.
