Sheltered Seas Cruise - Tour 804
This daylight yacht itinerary accommodates those who would prefer longer visits in scheduled ports of call and a more personable cruise with fewer passengers. With day cruising and overnight accommodations on land, you will be able to spend more time exploring each town, enhancing your Alaskan experience. As you go from sea to shore, your crew will see to it that every detail is taken care of to create a comfortable cruising experience.

Highlights
Juneau, Petersburg (Traditional Norweigan Fishing Town), Leconte Glacier, Wrangell, Ketchikan,

Juneau Day 1 • Juneau
Upon arrival in Juneau, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring Alaska’s capital on your own. Overnight in Juneau.
Juneau/Petersburg Day 2 • Juneau/Petersburg
Board the Sheltered Seas this morning for a day of cruising. As you enter the magnificent Tracy Arm, watch for bears and Dall sheep. Cruise along scenic coves and secret passages, close to the shore for maximum wildlife viewing opportunities. Your motor-yacht will stop and observe if whales make an appearance. Upon arrival in Petersburg, transfer to your hotel for overnight. Tonight, spend some time exploring this traditional Norwegian fishing town on your own. Overnight in Petersburg.
Leconte Bay Cruising

Day 3 • Leconte Bay Cruising
LeConte Glacier is Alaska’s southernmost tidewater glacier and produces grand iceberg displays. Spectacular "calving" occurs frequently when gigantic sections of a glacier’s front split off and crash into the fjord. This afternoon enjoy a shore excursion in Petersburg and an evening buffet dinner with a Norwegian dance performance. Overnight in Petersburg.

Petersburg/Wrangell/Ketchikan

Day 4 • Petersburg/Wrangell/Ketchikan
Sail from Petersburg to the fishing village of Wrangell. A walking tour highlights historic totem poles and a Native clan house. Later, continue cruising through the wilderness waterways to Ketchikan. Watch for the playful porpoise that frequent these waters. Overnight in Ketchikan.

Ketchikan Departure

Day 5 • Ketchikan Departure
Southeast Alaska’s "First City" is the last on your fantastic journey. Transfer to the airport for the end of this tour or extend your stay with a post cruise option.

Included: Meals onboard the yacht, up-close sightseeing and wildlife experiences, overnight accommodations in all ports of call, ground transfers.
