Barrow: On Top of the World- Tour 235
Barrow, located only 330 miles (531 km) north of the Arctic Circle, is Alaska’s largest Eskimo village. You will learn about the 4,000 year-old Inupiat culture as you listen to storytellers share their tales, take part in native dances, and see a demonstration of the traditional blanket toss - an important ritual of celebration in Eskimo culture. Examine unique flora of the tundra up close, and take a walk on the beach as far north as you are ever likely to go!

Barrow, Native Dancers and Blanket Toss, Arctic Ocean

	Day 1 • Anchorage/Barrow Depart Anchorage or Fairbanks on a scheduled flight to Barrow. Upon arrival, tour the area and take advantage of the chance to see Native dancers and a traditional blanket toss. Walk on Arctic tundra and visit the old village site. Overnight in Barrow.
	Day 2 • Barrow/Anchorage Departure Take a walk from the hotel along the Arctic Ocean, and then fly to Anchorage or Fairbanks by scheduled flight. End of tour. Tour Includes: Roundtrip airfare to Barrow. One night accommodation in Barrow. Native dance and traditional blanket toss, and walk on Arctic tundra along the Arctic Ocean.
