suite. Of the hotel's 95 rooms,
many have private decks, and most
face the bay. Some beds in the
Midship section are made from local
beetle-kill spruce. All rooms have

best views, you'll want to book
a room on the bay side. Land’s
End also offers beachfront town
houses for rent, located adjacent
to the resort.

Midship Bay Side: king or two double beds (some locally handcrafted), twin Murphy bed, full bath, wrap-around bay view window, small outdoor deck. Best views of bay.
Midship City Side: Same layout as Midship Bay Side but without the bay window, deck, or ocean view. 284 square feet. Full bath, two double beds.
Port Bay Side: 180 square feet. Nautical theme of turn-of-the-century sailing ship. Full bath, built-in double bed, twin trundle bed, bunk-size Murphy bed. Large beachfront deck.
Port City Side: Identical theme and layout as Port Bay Side, some include decks, only without ocean view.
Starboard Bay Suite:
These suites have separate bedrooms with 2 double beds
or 1 queen and a twin murphy bed. Front view room has
either a king bed or a living room layout.
Loft Suite: Split-level 473 square feet. Downstairs living room, full bath, double futon/couch. Upstairs loft bedroom, king bed with rooftop deck.

All reservations must be guaranteed. See the chart below for details. This may be done with a credit card valid during the time of the reservation (Land's End accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Diner's Club), or by prepayment with cash, check or money order.
All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Payments mailed from within Alaska must be received within seven (7) days from the date on which you made your reservation. If you live outside Alaska, Land's End must receive your deposit within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you made the reservation.
It is your responsibility to insure payment reaches the hotel in a timely fashion.
If the time period between when you make your reservations and when you are due to check in is not sufficient for your payment to reach Land's End, a minimum of one week from check-in, you need to guarantee your reservation with one of the above-listed credit cards.
Land's End does accept out-of-state checks in advance for reservation confirmation; however, they do not accept out-of-state checks at check-in or checkout.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund for a cancellation, notice of cancellation must fall within the deadlines cited on the chart below.
If you have to cancel after you have started your stay, then the cancellation notification period is then that which corresponds to how many days are left in the balance of your stay. For example, if your reservation is for five nights, and you must check out after three nights, you must notify Land's End of that cancellation 48 hours before the first night cancelled. In either case, you must ask for and receive a cancellation number to ensure you will not be billed. You may be asked to provide this number, so please retain it.
In the event that you cannot honor your reservation and must cancel on shorter notice than the above-listed deadlines, please do call Land's End and release your room. Land's End cannot re-rent your room unless you do so.
If Land's End has lost business because of your late cancellation, you will be charged for the room. If Land's End has not lost business because of your reservation, or if they are able to re-rent the room, they will refund your deposit.
